Depending on your qualification, you will work as a Domestic Energy Assessor or Home Inspector. You will be part of a newly created "Energy Assessment and Home Inspection" division of Wolton Chartered Surveyors.

This new division will work directly with HIPs.co.uk providing Energy Performance Certificates and Home Condition Reports to the Spicerhaart Group and a number of other prestigious clients.

Reporting directly to the Regional Partner, you will be part of a dedicated team of fellow HI's and DEA's, all of whom will have a common interest in providing excellence in Energy Performance Certificates and Home Condition Reports.

You will be fully supported from the back office by a dedicated support team with IT and equipment being fully provided.

You will work alongside experienced property professionals and in an established operation, which is immediately able to provide the support and assistance to allow you to just get on with the job from day one.

Packages comprise a generous basic salary plus an easily attainable bonus scheme producing target earnings of £30-40,000 per annum.

In addition, you will be provided a company car (BMW or allowance if preferred), together with a wider benefits package, which will include support for onward training and career progression.
