The introduction of HIPs will be a major change for the property services industry.

Estate Agents will be at the forefront of this change, and seen by the vendor as pivotal in both ensuring timely delivery of the pack and explaining its contents.

We want to make this task straightforward and time efficient for the client and their customers. We will achieve this by providing each client with a dedicated Client Support Team.

All the client will need to do is to instruct the Client Support Team by telephone or online to produce a HIP and wait for the Pack to be delivered.

The Client Support Team will:

  • Liaise with the vendor to collect all the required information and documentation for inclusion in the pack.
  • Instruct each supplier for their aspect of the pack, (for example the Domestic Energy Assessor for the EPC and print supplier for production of the pack).
  • Compile and check the contents of the pack before production.
  • Manage supplier service levels and quality standards.
  • Keep the client and their customer informed of progress and the expected delivery date.

Once the pack is delivered, the Client Support Team will have the expertise to deal with any queries the client, vendor or potential purchasers have.

As required, qualified professionals will be available to provide advice and guidance on all aspects of the pack.
