The Client Support Team will contact the originator to let them know that the HIP is on its way and to ensure they are satisfied with the service received.

Once the HIP has been provided, the Client Support Team will be available to answer any questions that may arise.

As purchasers are provided with access to the HIP, any questions arising, including detailed technical questions, will be handled by our specialist unit.

The Client Support Team will actively progress the compilation of the HIP, collating the data needed whilst keeping the respective parties well informed.
